The 500w hub motor provides strong torque at a maximum speed of 22km/h, allows you to ride the e-bike at ease without a load even the power goes off. Stated wattage is the manufacturer’s rated power capacity. Actual power-to-ground wattage is under 500w to ensure e-bike regulatory compliance and may vary depending on riding conditions.

Q: What's the difference between GL and GM?

A: ONLY the frame is different between the GM and GL series. The GL is more convenient for lady to ride because of the lower height of the frame. Please note that these two models are unisex, customers can pick the e-bikes free.

Q: Do I need to assemble the bike?

A: Yes, just need some simple steps to assemble it. Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike unboxed. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides of the manual.

Q: What height of the rider is the bike designed for?

A: The bike is suitable for the person from 5.3’’-6.4’’ft.

Q: Can I have a passenger on the bike?

A: The e-bike has a rear seat which could take a passenger. But for the safety reason, we do not recommend to take a passenger for ride. Also, the rear seat can be removed, you could install a rear basket.

Q: Are there test rides service available?

A: For test ride service, we are so sorry that we do not have this service currently.

Q: What is the max load of the bike?

A: The max load of all models is 300 lbs.
